When clients first register with us or order a hosting package, invites and welcome emails will be sent with login details for our clients area and cPanel access if applicable.
As we appreciate clients may no longer have these emails, we offer two simple routes to account recovery.
1. To regain access to your master client account
This covers access to the master account, allowing access to services, invoices, payment methods and personal profile data. You can also log in to cPanel and Webmail from this account, so direct cPanel access is not always necessary.
- Visit https://clients.engineroomtechnology.com/password/reset
- Enter your email address to begin the reset process.
- Important: this must be the main email address for your account, i.e. the address to which we send invoices and other account-related communications.
2. To regain access to your cPanel
- Visit https://cpanel.mydomain.com or https://mydomain.com/cpanel, replacing mydomain.com with your own domain name.
- Enter your username and then email address to receive a code to restore access.
- If you do not know the correct username or password, open a support ticket or email us at help@engineroomtechnology.com, requesting that we resend the original Welcome email for your cPanel account, stating the domain name if you have more than one account.
- Important: for security, we will only resend the Welcome email to the main email address for your account, i.e. the address to which we send invoices and other account-related communications.
