In this article we aim to clarify with a visual guide the main aspects of each account that we provide to our clients. In short, there are up to three main levels depending on services chosen.

First, the main client account which is at clients.engineroomtechnology.com. This is primarily for billing and admin as well as management of existing and ordering of new services and domains.

It also provides access, without need for a separate login to the second level of the account, cPanel. This is the control panel that comes with every hosting account and provides access to website files, database and also email accounts.

Finally, at the third level, each email account can also be accessed separately, e.g. by each member of staff to permit web-based access to their email.
