1. Log in to your cPanel - details are issued when you create a new account with us.
  2. Once logged in, in the Email section, click on Autoresponders
  3. Click Add Autoresponder
  4. Fill out the fields on screen as required.
    Note that Character Set: can be set to the default value of utf-8, and the email field should simply contain the part of the email address up to the @ symbol.
  5. Set start and stop dates.
  6. Click Create/Modify to save your message.
