Most of our hosting packages include WP Toolkit, which makes it easy to install and manage one or more WordPress instances directly from cPanel.

Important: these instructions are for a fresh installation of WordPress. WP Toolkit will install WordPress in the directory chosen on the installation settings panel, and may overwrite any existing files.

  1. Log in to your cPanel account - read our guide how to log into cPanel
  2. On the left menu, choose WordPress Management to access WP Toolkit.
  3. Click Install WordPress and review the settings on screen before clicking Install at the foot of the section when ready to proceed. The default options can mostly be accepted but you will want to change the Title, Language, and Administrator username and password. Make sure to keep a note of the login details.
  4. Once installation is complete, you can log in directly from the WP Toolkit screen or at https://mysite.com/wp-login.php using the admin details you just created.
